Benjamin received a new bubble blower from a friend at school and he loved playing with it today.

Bubbles and 99 degree temps lead to sprinkler fun!

April 19th - Pt. Loma

So the temperature was around 99 degrees today in El Cajon. We had to head to the water. We all went to the tidepools in Pt. Loma and had a great afternoon. This is the amazing view from the Cabrillo National Monument.

April 18th - COSMIC BOWLING

Cosmic Bowling Party at Parkway Bowl was sooo much fun.

April 17th - Happy 6th Birthday

Happy Birthday my sweet boy. You have brought so much joy, laughter and happiness to our lives. I can't believe that you are turning SIX today. We love you.

Today Ben and I went to Legoland and Legoland Sealife Aquarium. We had a great day together.

We spent the morning at Grammy and Grampys church at their easter egg hunt.

Day 3: Today was a very busy day.

While I worked in the kitchen, Benjamin sat at the table and read me the entire book - Green Eggs and Ham. WOW!

For his birthday he was given an ant farm. I had to order the ants and they arrived today.


Then we spent some time dyeing easter eggs

April 7th

Day 2:

Planting... At school Benjamin had started growing a sunflower. So we wanted to transfer it and do some more gardening.

April 6th - spring break

First day of spring break.
We wanted to try and do new things. Today we went to the Maritime Museum in the SD Harbor. The museum really is access to 4 different boats. This is an old Russian Sub. To get from compartment to compartment you need to climb threw these round passageways.

The other ships were the Berkeley and the Star of India and one that looked like a pirate ship.

We had a great time down by the water today.
